Welcome to Whimsy Flowers. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of whimsyflowers.ae and any order you place with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us 

This website is operated by Whimsy Flowers, an online flower shop providing fresh flower bouquets and floral arrangements for delivery across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and substitutions

Our flowers are natural, handcrafted products. As a result:

  • The exact flowers, colours, and arrangement may vary slightly from the photographs shown, which are for illustration.
  • Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value, while preserving the overall style, colour theme, and feel of the arrangement.

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) andinclude 5% VAT.
  • Payment is taken in full at the time of order through our secure checkout.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If a genuine pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

5. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email or message acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where the item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or delivery details are invalid. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded.

6. Delivery

  • We deliver across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Same-day delivery is available in Abu Dhabi for orders placed before our daily cutoff (currently 8:00 PM), subject to availability.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a valid recipient contact number.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, our team will attempt to contact them to arrange a safe drop-off or redelivery. Additional redelivery may incur a charge.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control. Full delivery terms are set out in our Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the arrangement has been prepared or dispatched.
  • As our products are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind.
  • If your flowers arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as described, our quality guarantee applies. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Gift messages and customer content

  • You are responsible for the content of any gift message you submit. We reserve the right to decline messages that are unlawful, offensive, or infringe the rights of others.
  • By submitting content to us, you confirm you have the right to do so.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including images, logos, text, and designs — is the property of Whimsy Flowers and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whimsy Flowers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date shown above. Continued use of our website means you accept the updated terms.
