Return & Refund Policy

At Whimsy Flowers, every arrangement is handcrafted fresh and delivered with care. Because our products are fresh, perishable flowers, our return policy differs from that of standard retail goods. Please read the terms below.

Fresh & perishable products

Flowers are natural, living products with a limited lifespan. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind. We do, however, fully stand behind the quality of every arrangement we deliver.

Our quality guarantee

If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, incorrect, or not as described, we will arrange a free replacement delivered as soon as possible.

How to report a problem

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number, and
  • A clear photo of the flowers as received.

The photo helps us understand the issue and improve. Claims made after 24 hours, or without a photo and order number, cannot be guaranteed.

Replacements

  • Once your claim is approved, we will prepare and deliver a replacement arrangement as soon as possible.
  • Replacements are provided for verified quality issues, incorrect items, or damage on delivery.

Cancellations

Because each arrangement is prepared fresh and made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully — including products, delivery address, recipient details, and date — before completing checkout.

Delivery issues

  • Please ensure the delivery address and recipient contact number are correct at checkout. We cannot replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, our team will attempt to contact them and arrange a safe drop-off or a suitable redelivery time. Additional redelivery may incur a charge.
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, incorrect details) are not eligible for replacement, though we will always do our best to assist.
